These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 999bat ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 999bat website, mobile applications, betting markets, casino games and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 999bat platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Services immediately and must not create an account. 999bat reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the 999bat platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.
• "Services" means all products, features, betting markets, casino games, promotions and support channels provided by 999bat.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency reference used across the platform for Pakistani users.
• "Platform" means the 999bat website accessible at https://999bat.cam and any associated mobile applications.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Services is unlawful or where 999bat has determined access is not permitted.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a User's Account that prevents access to the Services for a defined or indefinite period.

To be eligible to open and maintain a 999bat Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licence jurisdiction applicable to your account. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any business, syndicate or third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Services from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of 999bat or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 999bat for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction and province. 999bat does not warrant that the Services are lawful in your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly notified 999bat of unauthorised access.
• Keeping your registered contact details up to date. Material changes — including change of address, email or phone number — must be reported to support without undue delay.

999bat reserves the right to require documentary evidence of identity (KYC) at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal, after a significant win or during routine compliance review. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identity document.

Your access to and use of the Services is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis. You may only use the Services for lawful personal entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms.

• Placing bets and participating in casino games for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Accessing account management features, viewing transaction history and managing responsible gambling settings.
• Contacting customer support for legitimate account and service queries.

• Using the Services for commercial purposes, including operating a betting syndicate that places bets on behalf of third parties through your Account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit any feature of the Services.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or reproduce any portion of the platform or its software.
• Transmitting malicious code, viruses or disruptive data to the platform or its infrastructure.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, KYC processes or responsible gambling controls.

999bat reserves the right to monitor usage patterns for compliance with these Terms and to suspend or terminate any Account found to be in breach, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 999bat does not accept deposits made on behalf of a User by a third party. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing timelines are displayed within the Account cashier section.

Payment method names — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on this platform as familiar context for Pakistani users only. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, partnership or confirmation that these providers support gambling transactions. Users must verify supported payment methods within their Account dashboard.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process. 999bat will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that differs from the one used for the corresponding deposit unless the original method is no longer available, in which case alternative verification may be required.

• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• 999bat reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Any fees charged by a payment provider in connection with a withdrawal are the responsibility of the User unless otherwise stated in the platform's fee schedule.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section. 999bat is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

From time to time, 999bat may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers and other incentive programmes to eligible Users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms.

• One bonus per household / IP address / device: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per User, household, shared IP address and device.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiple (e.g., 30x) and eligible games or markets will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them must be used within the promotional validity period stated. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages towards the Wagering Requirement. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; certain casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Abuse: 999bat reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Bonus Funds or associated winnings where it suspects or confirms that a User has exploited a promotion contrary to its spirit or intent, including through arbitrage betting or systematic low-risk staking strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements.

999bat may withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Continued participation in a promotion following notification of a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All bets placed on the 999bat platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or event. A summary of general betting rules is set out below; full sport-specific rules are available within the platform's Rules section.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. In the event of a system error or price feed disruption, 999bat reserves the right to void a bet at the price displayed if that price was materially incorrect.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the point of placement and may be adjusted at 999bat's discretion, including for individual accounts identified as having above-average risk profiles.
• Live Betting: During in-play or live betting markets, odds are subject to change without notice. 999bat may suspend or close a live market at any time. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided.
• Results and Settlements: Bet settlements are based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets (including PSL and ICC tournaments), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) are considered the primary official result sources.
• Errors: In the event of a palpable error in odds — defined as an odds price so far from the true market price that no reasonable person would consider it genuine — 999bat reserves the right to void the affected bet regardless of its settlement status.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per account apply. These limits are displayed in the platform's Rules section and are subject to change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999bat platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals:

• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one Account.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, forged or third-party identity documents during registration or KYC.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users, agents or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures or artificially inflate account balances.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including through low-risk or zero-risk hedging strategies.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in bad faith. Any confirmed chargeback will result in permanent Account closure and recovery action for any outstanding balance.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, wager and withdraw funds in a manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or any other financial crime. 999bat is obligated to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Software Exploitation: Using bugs, glitches or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the 999bat platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, odds data, audio and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database rights.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purposes permitted under these Terms. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any portion of the platform's content without prior written consent from 999bat.
• Use the 999bat brand name, logo or any associated marks in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the platform using automated means.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted by Users regarding the Services may be used by 999bat without compensation or attribution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bat excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to access the Services.
• Interruptions, delays or errors in the platform caused by factors outside 999bat's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor failures or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds or content displayed on the platform, which is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
• Decisions made by Users to participate in gambling activities, including any financial losses resulting from betting or casino play.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, 999bat's aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

999bat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing Users with tools that help them maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automated logout reminders.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals showing your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999bat is incorporated or licensed, as notified to Users from time to time.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact 999bat's customer support team in the first instance. 999bat will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body specified in the platform's licence conditions, if applicable. Details of any applicable dispute resolution scheme will be provided upon request.
